Our chef, Yannick, and his team prepare seasonal dishes of impeccable freshness with diligence and passion.
Our menu has something to appeal to all tastes and desires: local dishes such as freshly caught trout, seasonal game, rabbit à la trappiste or the finest up-to-date French cuisine. Naturally, we also look after our youngest gastronomes with “made to measure” menus.
In addition to the menu, our chef offers special dishes. . . We also organise theme weekends.
